Autobag Accu-Count® 200 - High speed, high accuracy automatic counter

This vibratory automatic infeed system will count and batch small parts at speeds up to 2,500 packages per hour. The state-of-the-art AutoTouch™ Control Screen enables easy job set-up and recall for rapid changeovers. The Accu-Count 200 can be integrated with the Autobag AB 180 bagging system and PI 412c Printer for a complete count, print and pack system.

Accuracy for parts from 1/8” diameter to 2.5” long. Includes part orientation funnels and overcount discharge for maximum speed and accuracy.  Enables multiple counter integration with the Kit-Veyor conveyor for fully-automatic kitting.
