MP Series Combo Systems

The MP Series is a complete economic shrink system and is available in three levels of automation: MP-1, MP-2 and MP-3.

LS-1 Series Shrink Combo Systems

The LS combo system is an economical and simple way to order a complete L Bar Sealing System. This package combines an L Bar Sealer and matching shrink tunnel. The LSR is used for stable products such as boxes, brochures, or flat product with a 4" or greater length or diameter. The LSB is used for unstable products such as bottles or product that are 4" or less in length or diameter.

SM/C/P L Bar Sealer

This sealer has a seal area of 16” x 20” and is available in three configurations: SM, SMC, SMCP. (S = Sealer, M = Magnetic Hold Down, C = Package Discharge Conveyor in Seal area, P = Pneumatic Operation of the Seal Head)

SM/C/P 2228 L Bar Sealer

This sealer has a seal area of 22” x 28” and is available in three configurations: SM, SMC, SMCP. (S = Sealer, M = Magnetic Hold Down, C = Package Discharge Conveyor in Seal area, P = Pneumatic Operation of the Seal Head)

Custom Size L Bar Seaers

There dozens of models in DAMARK family of custom size l bar sealers for over sized sealing applications such as printed material, glass products (windows, windshields), garden lattice, and over pouching applcaitions, just to name a few.

APS-X Automatic L Bar Sealer

The APS-X is designed to wrap product in polyolefin and PVC shrink films at speeds of up to 28-30 packages per minute. Products are fed either automatically or manually onto the infeed conveyor of the machine. The conveyor carries the product into the infeed section of the wrapper where an electronic photo cell senses the presence of the product and activates a film advance system which allows the product to be fed into the seal area. Once the product is positioned properly the sealing system is activated to bring down the sealing head to seal and trim the film to complete the bag around the product. When the sealing cycle is complete, the seal head releases and a discharge conveyor is activated to remove the package from the seal area, making way for the next product. The discharge conveyor takes the product away from the sealing area and transfers it onto the shrink tunnel conveyor.

FS Series Horizontal Shrink Wrappers

The FS Series Form/Fill/Sealers are fully automatic shrink packaging systems designed to wrap and shrink your product at speeds of up to 40 packs per minute. Ideal for situations where the product is a dedicated size or a dedicated height, the FS offers a simple solution for packaging you product. The FS produces a lap-style seal.

ST - ST-16 Tunnels

We offer the following 16" shrink tunnels for use with our Standard and Custom sized Semi-Automatic L Bars.

* STB-16: 16" w x 9" t x 24" l, Teflon Mesh Belt Conveyor
* STR-16: 16" w x 9" t x 24" l, 1/2" Coated Rollers.
* STB-16A: 16" w x 10" t x 34" long, Polymer Mesh Belt Conveyor
* STR-16A: 16" w x 10" t x 34" long, 1/2" Coated Rollers.

SZ Shrink Tunnels

The SZ Series of ‘single zone’ shrink tunnels can be used on their own or with our SMC and APS-X L Bar Sealers, our B Series Sleeve Wrappers, or our FS Series Horizontal Shrink Wrappers.

The SZ Series are offered in three different widths: 24”, 34” or 44”. All SZ Shrink tunnels are 42” long. All SZ shrink tunnels are 12” tall, with the option of increasing the tunnel height in 4” increments.

The SZ series is supplied with your choice of the following tunnel conveyor:

* Live Rollers for polyolefin applications.
* Dead Rollers for polyethylene applications.
* Polymer Mesh Belt for small or unstable products.

The SZ Series can be supplied as 220, 440, or 575 volt, 3 phase at no additional charge to the customer. Note that stock machines are built to 220 volts, 3 phase.

Variable Speed AC fan motor controls are included as standard on all models to help you fine tune your shrink.

DZ Shrink Tunnels

The DZ Series of ‘dual zone’ shrink tunnels can be used on their own or with our SMC and APS-X L Bar Sealers, our B Series Sleeve Wrappers, or our FS Series Horizontal Shrink Wrappers.

The DZ Series are offered in three different widths: 24”, 34” or 44”. All SZ Shrink tunnels are 84” long. All DZ shrink tunnels are 12” tall, with the option of increasing the tunnel height in 4” increments.

The DZ series is supplied with your choice of the following tunnel conveyor:

* Live Rollers for polyolefin applications.
