IdentiBoard Color-code pallets for speedy inventory! IdentiBoard features a bold vertical stripe that makes it easy to color-code pallets. In addition to being a durable edge protector and corner guard, IdentiBoard provides a convenient way to identify pallets by SKU, VBoard® grade or other designation, speeding up the inventory process: identify your own inventory or ours if you use different grades of VBoard. It also can be used to ensure that workers use the correct size edge protector for a specific product. Vertical stripes are available in 23 standard ink colors. Ample white space in the center can be used to write or stamp additional product information or custom print your company logo or message. |

FlexBoard Conforms to contoured products FlexBoard features evenly spaced sequential notches that enable it to conform to almost any shape, making it especially useful in protecting coiled and spooled materials, rounded furniture and windows, or any other curved product. Durable laminated paperboard ensures effective protection from strapping and shipping damage. The precision notches, spaced 3 inches apart, can also be used as guides for cutting and measuring. Like all of Laminations' VBoard® products, FlexBoard is recyclable and environmentally friendly, offering a sustainable solution for your transport packaging needs. FlexBoard is available in lengths from 72 to 288 inches. Calipers range from .120 to .180 inches for OD FlexBoard and .140 to .225 inches for ID FlexBoard. NotchBoard An easy, effective way to protect corners NotchBoard is VBoard® with precise die-cut notches and scores that permit it to be hand-folded quickly into a 90-degree shape to protect corners. This one-piece edge guard and corner protector is often used for custom packaging applications. NotchBoard is shipped and stored unfolded for freight and storage efficiency. Like all of Laminations' VBoard® products, NotchBoard is recyclable and environmentally friendly, offering a sustainable solution for your transport packaging needs. Pallet Top The smart alternative to expensive, hard-to-dispose-of wood pallet tops Patented PF PalletTops are ideal to use in place of traditional wooden pallet tops to help stabilize and unitize pallet loads while protecting them from shipping and strapping damage. Durable, cost-effective PF PalletTops are much lighter and less bulky than wooden pallet tops. This makes them easier for employees to lift, safer for employees to handle and less costly to ship. Made by riveting two pieces of notched VBoard® together, PF PalletTop ships folded to take up less storage space. It can then be unfolded easily to form a sturdy square or rectangular shape to fit the tops, sides or bottoms of palletized loads. This pre-formed edge guard can also be used to hold corner posts in place on display-ready pallets for greater ease in unitizing and stretch wrapping. PF PalletTops are designed to stay in place on automated stretch- and shrink-wrapping operations without manual assistance. With stretch wrap, it offers a simple way to create "see-through" packaging. Manufactured in four calipers: light duty .090" (2.29 mm) or .120" (3.05 mm); medium duty .160" (4.06 mm); and heavy duty .225" (5.72 mm). UChannel A New Shape in Edge Protection for Windows and Doors UChannel® is engineered to deliver precise three-sided edge protection for windows and doors, including garage doors. Its unique design offers a cost- and time-saving substitute for expensive wood crates or hard-to-handle corrugate. This durable, cost-effective packaging option provides highly effective protection for the edges and corners of windows and doors—without excess packaging. The result? An economical and sustainable packaging alternative. UChannel’s single-piece construction can be formed into a wide variety of widths and leg lengths to meet your application’s exact needs, offering the ultimate in customized choices for window and door edge protection. UChannel is manufactured using laminated paperboard up to 18 inches wide. Also available are asymmetrical leg width combinations that allow for highly specialized applications. Standard caliper options range from 0.080 to 0.600 inches. Standard leg lengths extend to 300 inches but longer lengths also are available. UChannel can be ordered with any of our standard print options in 23 colors or with one- and two-color custom printing of logos, handling instructions or promotional messages.
